Gather Voices 2.3.1

The Gather Voices App caters to the requirements of our clients' organizations by providing a simple and secure solution for collecting user-generated videos from customers and constituents. The app has been designed as a centralized platform, allowing multiple clients to utilize its features efficiently.

Customers/constituents are encouraged to download the app, access their account, and select their respective client to initiate a branded experience tailored to each organization's needs. The app offers customization options for clients to personalize messaging and video requests according to their preferences.

End-users are guided through the video creation process, ensuring that their content aligns with the organization's objectives. Once created, videos can be easily submitted from the app directly to the Content Management System, accessible through the client's license.

The app solely focuses on user-generated content, limiting access to any other material that end-users have not created. Additionally, there is no functionality within the app for end-users to contact one another.

System administrators possess the capability to monitor and manage any abusive content, as well as the authority to suspend or cancel accounts of end-users who violate the terms of service. Access to view created content is limited solely to licensed administrators.
